I am used to motivating myself with words of wisdom that I am learning daily as I go through my life experiences. These words were usually kept in my head or in any private place where I spoke aloud to myself lol. I strongly believe that sharing is important. When we share our experiences we open a space for others to do just the same. When we share, we learn and when we learn we grow. This podcast is about sharing to promote growth and a healthy state of mind.

We live in a fast paced society. We want what we want and we want it now. We don’t like to wait. We demand that things should happen faster because our time is so precious to us. We naturally equate waiting to time wasting.
Waiting is important for character building and development. Waiting teaches humility and patience.
Wherever you are on YOUR JOURNEY, whatever you are going through .... DON’T GIVE UP! Delayed does not mean denied. Not yet, does not mean no. Continue to prepare while you wait so that when your time comes, you will be ready.
